INGREDIENTS: Green Rooibos, Burdock, Marshmallow Root, Pau D'Arco Bark, Ashwagandha Root, Mullein Leaf, Dandelion Root, Ginkgo Leaf

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 tsp per 8 oz. water, BOIL° for 5 minutes
